Per our original response, we have been continuing to work to resolve the buyer's concerns. At present we have a contractor scheduled to remove the rest of personal property and debris items on 8/28/at 8:30am. This appointment was schedule with Mr*** and the contractor. It is also our understanding that the contractor has scheduled with Mr *** to complete the post repairs within the next days. A licensed and bonded pest control person is schedule to the home to treat for the original pest items requested in the purchase and sale agreement on 8/31/at 8:10am. These are all the items of concerned stated on the last data our office was provided. We hope by our response that it is evident we are working to resolve the areas of concern and based on the schedule provided to us by the contractors, all work should be completed by month end

To Whom It May Concern: I am drafting this letter in response to the letter I received on August 4, 2015 via USPS dated July 29, 2015 with ID Reference #[redacted]. We as an office take pride in the work we perform and work very hard to make certain our client's needs and concerns are addressed. From...

the moment our office was made aware of any concerns, we began working with the listing agent to try and rectify any issues. Prior to this letter being received, we had been in contact with the buyers and were working on getting the situation resolved. As I type this letter we are still working to assist our clients in getting their issue addressed. Lisa F[redacted],the agent In our office who represented the [redacted], has provided me with the following information recap: The roof has been reviewed by a contractor ([redacted]) that was not a party to the original repair construction and he agreed the stains on the rafters were from prior to a new roof being installed. The current roof is in good working order and is a 30 year roof as requested. In addition the seller and/or the listing agent will remove any trash that may have been left behind as per our OREF Earnest Money Agreement. The contractor that completed the repairs on the "Pests" and the "beams" in the basement was commissioned to perform the work by the seller in compliance with industry standards as a licensed contractor. As realtors we can only assume this has happened as these repairs are outside my scope of expertise. It is important to note that the buyers chose not to hire an inspector to review the final repairs for accuracy and completed the walk through themselves, accepting the repairs before close of escrow. If in fact, if the repairs are inferior the contractor in question needs to be held accountable to these standards. The previous owners purchased the property in 2003 and the property lines and outbuilding was already established. It is highly unlikely the large rocks in the neighbor's yard are from the previous owners as they are not physically able to move them. Since this recap Lisa F[redacted] has contacted the City of St Helens regarding the shop and the concern with the lot line. The City has provided all the permitting for the shop when it was originally installed and that documentation has been provided to the [redacted]. The concern with the pest issue is in process. The [redacted] have provided Lisa F[redacted] with a copy of the bid for pest remediation they received and that. has been forwarded to the seller's agent. While it may take us a few weeks to address all the issues to the [redacted] satisfaction, that is and always has been our goal. Sincerely,

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I’m still waiting for Remax to take care of the issues that was requested in the initial complaint to the Revdex.com.
So far they have sent one contractor to look at the roof.  The contractor stated the roof was not leaking, and we accepted his statement.
We have scanned in a pest removal estimate from [redacted] with no response as of today, 8/15/15.
The garbage and debris is still under the house/in the yard.  We have not heard from anyone regarding removal of that as of today, 8/15/15.
We were told a contractor would contact us regarding installing the proper beams/support.  As of today, 8/15/15, we have not heard anything about that.
It is not our fault that “WE” didn’t have an inspector come to do a final walk through.  We were NEVER told by our agent that was an option or something we should do - I AM A FIRST TIME HOME BUYER, AFTER ALL.  We were rushed through the whole process with little communication.
Bottom line - facilitate and take care of what was agreed upon in the addendum.  Until the items that were agreed upon are taken care of, I do not consider this matter closed.  Stating you’ll do one thing, and actually doing it is two different things. Sincerely,[redacted]
