Eastlink shut down my email account without warningThis is very unprofessional, and now after wasting hours of my time it feels personalFor the past few hours they have put me on holdUsed rude chastising tones with me, and done everything within their policy to not help me to regain access to my email accountThey have hung up on me four timesWith different technicians giving me different storiesThe one technician who did treat me decently told me that I could have my account restored if I moved it to my parents accountSo I talked to my parents and they set me up as an authorized user on their Eastlink accountHowever, when I phoned back I got a different technician and she said that it was not possible and hung up on meThis was the fourth time that an Eastlink employee hung up on meI phoned back and they continued to give me the run aroundFinally an Eastlink call centre agent spoke to a Tier tech and they allowed me hours to access any critical informationThis is after being told by several female technicians that the account was gone and was no longer in existence [redacted] ***They do their best not to help
