Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me in regards to the property is now off the market and I have since received my earnest moneyI will say that he is unprofessional as you can see in his email responseIf he has never spoken to me then how can he say I belittled anyone? shame on him for not being a trustworthy professional Regards, [redacted] ***

Regarding a letter I received from you in the matter of ***, who mind you were never my clients nor have I ever met or spoken to them
0pt">The deal fell through after months of setting pending due to an appraisal that was completed one week before it was set to close on Aug14th,
I received a mutual release from this clients agent on Sunday August the 9th which was incomplete, I requested a completed one on Monday the 10th and it was received on the 10th. I met with my sellers on the 12th and they signed the mutual release and on that same day the parties earnest money deposit was mailed to them. During that small window of time I received emails and at least one phone call regarding the EMD. I did not speak to her because she was not my client nor was at the office at the time, nor did I reply to her emails. There were months this property was pending due to this buyer in my opinion hrs to return earnest money I thought was very good. The sellers and I both have other things on our plates. She has also sent a letter to my sellers which I hate for my clients they are good honest people. She is obviously quoting me and I have never spoken to the lady. I feel bad for her to have that much hate and anger built up. I don’t have her $1,earnest money so that is untrue according to the letter. The deal fell thru she got her EMD back and that was what she wanted. Unfortunately deals fall thru and it is not pleasant. So good luck to you and whoever reads these letters. I was asked to reply by the Revdex.com and I am. Also one more wrong statement by Mrs*** this property is no longer on the market as stated in the letter, sellers have decided to keep the property
Hope this is pleasing to read, I am not a writer but I am honest and fair and no one deserves to be yelled at or belittled by anyone included folks you don’t know or know you
