Review: Real Estate Agent/Broker and owner of Remax Signature Services, [redacted], has been unsuccessful in selling my house for nearly 10 months and refuses to cancel the 1-year contract, although she said she would when I signed it. She has advertised it on the MLS as "A steal! Seller MUST sell!," which I told he makes me sound desperate and will not yield a good price and she continues to ignore my concerns. I have asked her to cancel the listing, but she will not. I am now bearing the weight of two house payments, but she does not care about my financial burden, only her commission. She has lowered the price without my authorization, and when I found out, she said "don't worry, I'll put it back." She has never obtained my signature on a single price reduction, has never had a broker preview, and only sends other agents from her office to hold it open. She is too busy and unavailable most of the time. She owns the Escrow Company, Coastal Properties Escrow, which handled the escrow of the house I bought and put the Deed of Trust on the wrong property, to my detriment and additional financial burden. She is incompetent and I no longer wish to do business with her, but she refuses to cancel. I have reported her to the CABRE and OCAR and will continue to report her to any and all agencies. Her real estate colleagues are shocked at such unprofessional and unspeakable behavior from a so-called "licensed professional." Her bad advice cost me the only offer in 10 months. She is now trying to financially ruin me.
