Our experience with Remax Suburban started with realtor *** ***, Remax Suburbans recommended person for our area She looked at our house and told us it was worth between $280,000-$290, So we found a house to put a contingency offer on When the time came to list our house it was recommended to list it at $274,then drop the price a week later to $264, This was a surprise to us and seemed to be a bait and switch tactic We weren't happy with several problems with *** *** and talked to the office manager of Remax Suburban, *** *** He agreed to take over our listing and go forward with our contract on the other house A week later we received a feedback email from a showing stating the buyer liked our house and wondered if we would go any lower on the price, this email was sent to *** *** around 8:30am and she didn't forward it until 2:30pm That buyer made an offer on another house (***'s day would start around 2:00pm She would always show h

9/5/16,  was Labor Day so they may not have received the check until 9/7 or 9/8.  They deposited it in their bank account on 9/8/16, evidently the day after they filed their complaint.  There was never a thought to not get their earnest money returned. But, like their complaint taking two and a half weeks between him filing it and me receiving it, sometimes correspondence take time.  We have copies of the returned earnest money check, deposited by them,  and the Mutual Release. So I would assume they should be satisfied on that account.  I will look into the other points brought up by Mr. Rogers. Revdex.com,
Below is an email sent by [redacted]'s wife to our agent, [redacted] Evidently [redacted] is a little bit of a 'hothead'. Jared got them released from the contract, and their earnest money returned, despite them initially saying they...

wanted the home after the inspection, and then changing their mind. He is also releasing them from the Buyer's Agency Agreement they signed. As far as I know, this case is closed.

Hello,

I see [redacted] has started a terrible conversation. However his name is not on anything so don't bother talking to him anymore. We do not want the house. It needs more work than we can handle. During inspection when we were hesitant of backing out, you seemed as if we still had a choice. Is this not so? I thought up until the closing date we could back out at anytime? Please clarify. What do I need to do to not have this house? I apologize for [redacted]'s behavior.
