First and foremost, I did NOT mention a "Mike." This complaint was issued BEFORE "Mike" intervened"Mike" is correct, he did handle the situation when brought to his attentionIt's unfortunate that I had to file a complaint just to get someone from this realty company to finish the jobOtherwise, (because I had to take the house off the market), the other "agent" I was working with would've left me high and dry with pictures of my home completely exposed to the public
