I am rejecting this response because: I figured I was not going to get my money back but the only thing I can do is let the Revdex.com and any other travel website know that they are stealing from their customersWhere does the consumer turn when people like Cory and his staff are Judge and Jury and he is nothing but a liar????????????????????
He was absolutly napping, maybe he should let his employees know to lower their voices in the future when talking about him napping and being woken upI will be contacting corporateCory is a LIAR and a THEIF

Dear Sir/Madam, This letter is in response to a complaint from *** *** which was received in the mail today
14pt;"> I will not respond to comments regarding remarks about the school’s condition, other than to state that we have insurance inspectors come in on an annual basis. If we had such issues, we would not be able to be open I also will not comment on “hear say” or situations of other students Regarding what is listed as desired settlement: Ms *** paid $prior to beginning school. This amount was for the cost of uniforms and down payment for attending school. The cost of her kit is very clearly stated on the first page of her contract The federal government distributes financial aide based upon hours earned by the student at the school. Ms *** just clocked hours, therefore would not earn the full tuition. Ms *** received payment for 0-hoursHer Pell was placed on her ledger as credit and she received her direct loan in fullMs *** received payment for 451-hoursThe majority of her Pell was applied to her ledger. She was issued a check for part of her Pell and received her direct loan in fullMs *** received payment for 901-hoursPart of her Pell was applied to the ledger. She received a check for part of her Pell and received her direct loan in full Ms *** did take a leave of absence and put in writing that she would return on October 14, 2016. I texted her on October asking if she was returning from her loa and that she was supposed to have returned on October I did not get a response. According to the Department of Ed, if a student does not return, she must be dropped. The contract does not state that she must respond in writing prior to a school dropping a student Upon dropping Ms ***, we had to do a Title IV returnBecause she did not “earn” her hours in her last payment period, the school returned a sizable amount of money that had previously been applied to the school ledger. Yet, keep in mind, the student received and kept her last disbursement According to the school contract, the student will receive her kit and transcripts if and when the school is paid in full. After an Institutional Refund Calculation was completed, it was determined that the student owes the school a balance. She was not charged with any overtime. The school abides by the guidelines that are given to any accredited school. We have annual independent audits (as do other accredited schools) to ensure that the school is adhering to the guidelines set upon us I believe that I have covered the major concerns of Ms ***. I will also forward in the mail a copy of her Institutional Refund Calculation to her new address to ensure that she has received a copy of the actual numbers Please contact me should you have any additional questions or concerns Sincerely, Beverly S*** Director Apex Academy of Hair Design

1)  The guest had completed the check-in and occupied the rooms prior to the smoking incident.
2)  I am not sure where the guest is coming up with the statement that I was "napping".  I am the person who handled their check-in.  I was in the office when the smoking issue occurred but had stepped out of the office when the incident occurred with the hot tub.  I was notified by our staff that the guest had an issue with our polices and returned to the office to speak with the them.
As stated previously, the guest checked into their two rooms and occupied them for a period of time prior to asking for a refund.  Our staff did not tell the guest to leave.  We simply informed the guest of the policies.  The rooms were held the entire evening for the guest.  No refund will be issued.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: as I explained the smoking was happening at the same time as check in there was no way he knew the rules yet. The office called and yelled at MY KID no one asked for an adult. The women who was at the front desk who answered the phone when we called regarding the hot tub absolutly scolded me like a child, Cory would not know how I was spoken to because he was napping. I asked to speak to a manager after being there only 45 minutes I was denied that because he was napping. Not my problem if they didnt rent the rooms, we wanted to check out 45 minutes after we got there.  I have done some investigating and what I can find is that Cory has made it a bussiness of bad service and stealing peoples money. I will continue to take every avenue to stop him for treating people this way. Again this man took $250 from my Grandfathers final wish money.

sans-serif;">1) The only person I dealt with was [redacted].
2) The guest signed a registration upon check-in indicating that there was no smokers in her party.  The registration specifically notes that there is a $500.00 charge for smoking anywhere on the property.  When the guest was observed smoking in front of the room, a call was made to explain the smoking policy.
3)  We have specific rules regarding the use of our hot tub.  The guest disregarded the hot tub rules which required some explanation from our staff.  No one was "scolded".
4)  The guest asked to check out after having occupied the rooms for two hours.  I explained that they were past the cancel deadline for any refund and the rooms had been used.  No refund was, or will be issued.  The rooms were held the rest of the evening for the [redacted] party as per their registration.  The rooms were not re-rented.
