Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:The response does not match up to the issueI would like to have a different shop fix my truckI'm not confident in Ingrams body shopThey do not have the proper equipment or skill to do what they are advertisingI will be including some pictures of the frame showing that the frame is not straighti would like to go to the next step of this processIf they will not refund me the money then I would like to be reinbursed for the cost it would be to have a different body shop to fix it that has the right equipment

This is in response to his response he is lyinghe didn't tell me to bolt it on because I had to straighten the frame he wanted it rolling when it left here it was not diamond-shaped when it left here if it's diamond shape now it is due to his buddy and him having it chained to a tree pulling it with the other vehicle four-wheel driveI quote from him I almost burn out the transmission pulling on it while it was chained to the treeThat was his words not mineThe frame was straight when it left here and I do have the proper equipment hereYou can't please everyone all the time sometimes you run across someone that won't something done for freeIf he wanted the whole truck fixed he should have brought the bed with him and paid the amount for me to straighten out the whole truckBut he did not do so

First of all he bought a wrecked vehicle brought it here and wanted to know if we could pull the frame in which we did to straighten it. He had already bought the rim that he is talking about he bought the wrong one and brought it with the vehicle we did not. He bought all parts it is not my fault...

he bought the wrong rim. We actually done more for what we quoted to him we were only supposed to pull the frame Bolt the rear end backup but I also replaced brake line put the whole rear end back up underneath there changed his brake pads and brake caliper rotor. We actually did more than what he paid us to do he told me he wanted to frame straight and the rear end bolt it back up where it can roll. We did that he did not pay us to line the cab up but the frame was straight when it left the shop. When he complained about it I told him to bring it back up here and I will look at it and do whatever I could when he said the cab would not fit right. We only quoted the price to do what we did. if he wanted the whole vehicle fixed and he should have paid such and brought the bed and we would have put it on in line everything up. Also when he called me he said him and his friend had already tried pulling and trying to line the cab up. Instead of bringing it back he decided to do work his self. We did what we were paid to do an extra. Therefore I will not give him no money back if anyone knows anyone money he owes me money for the extra work done. Thank you for your time
