This is somewhat true. The person had us take the items to sell. Unfortunately we were not able to sell one item. She was told that she would be paid the amount, this amount is what I agreed to pay her if I could not sell her items. I spoke to her and explained that we needed... a bit more time as nothing sold, leaving us in a bit of a hard spot. If you care to check with her on Monday 24th you will see she was paid in full, as we do our best to keep our promises, however she must understand as a small business, if your items do not sell certain times of the month coming up with almost $2000 is very difficult. She will receive her money by the 24th in full and the unfortunate situation will be resolved. As a side note the reason we did not have the funds ready for her, is for the reason that a large job had not paid as of yet. However I understand and will make this rite with her as she and her husband are great people, and I have no intention of not paying what they are owed.

Mrs*** was told on several occasions that it was a consignment auction with no researve She was also told we would send out her check as she said she would be picking up the items Mrs*** then began slandering the company on ***, and refused to come get her items and check, she was told that she could pick the items up along with her check and she agreed to come down with her son(s) and do so We took all of her items out of storage and put them in front of the building under the covered area, to allow easy access Mrs*** later texted saying that she would not be coming to get her items We held Mrs*** items in storage for over a month and now due to the fact that the storage is needed we have discarded the items She refused to pick up her check and her items, and is now saying they were worth and wants to go to small claims court

I have never been paid by MrSmoulcey for several items taken "on consignment" from my home on February 2, I am aware that he sold some of them at auction, however I believe they were severely "undersold" and he never followed through with payment or other promises regarding this transaction
