on 2/19/15 I opened an account and made the...
opening deposit. at that time I was given some temporary checks. a couple days later my checks and welcome kit and I notified the bank and they told me they would note it. after that the account was closed 3/24/15 with a positive balance I received my refund check and that was all. I notified the bank when in 2016 I tried to open an account and was informed that I had been reported to check systems I initiated a dispute and it was found in my favor. after that I received a letter today 5/6/2016 stating that they have re reported me to check systems for the stolen welcome kit and temp checks being used.Desired Resolution:Correction to a credit reportselectDesired Outcome:I am requesting that the report to check systems be removed permanently.
Response:We have checked [redacted] and can find no record that we have reported any derogatory information subsequent to deleting the information reported in 2015. If Mr. [redacted] has some documentation we would appreciate it if he could forward it to us. Thank you.
