Spoke with the business who wants a copy of the picture of the hole in the wall He states that they covered the hole in the wall with a plate and the consumer must have removed it to make it look like they left it like that Also stated that he is willing to send the consumer a ft cord so that she may plug in the appliances He also states that the consumer told the tech where she wanted the outlet

On 6/2/Fred-N*** our Service Tech went out for an estimate where she agreed to the jobThthe day of the job *** the customer showed him the location of her new stacked washer and dtyerHe told her that the unit will not fit*** replied." The unit is not that wide and it
will fiL" Fred did what she wanted him to do. Fred located for her the outlet to be about feet off the floor even with the washing machine outlet, but found shutters on the outside of the house, so the outlet was installed lowerPipe had to be run on outside of the house to bring power for dryer in the outletShe approved., signed the customer invoice and paid by credit card. A phone call came from *** saying the outlet had to be brought up, due to the cord could not be reached to the outletFred infonned her that the appliance installers could bring a longer cord on the unit, which was installed by installers because dryers do no come from the factory with a cord*** stated Lhal "they do not make a longer cord, and Fred has to move the outlet" Fred replied," if I have to move the outlet because her installers did not want to put a longer cord on, there will be a charge." *** didn't like the idea and was very irate to FredThe phone call was ended. When R.EW*** was in the appliance business, Fred was one of the instaJlersIt was his job to make sure units are in place and working before they left the job. Another time when *** called was with Robert O*** our Service ManagerRobert O*** stated that *** was not willing to listen or reason with anyone*** was very abusive with yelling and not willing to talk or accept what REW*** Supply had to say. When Robert W*** the owner went to check the work and see what he can do to help outSeeing there was no error on our part, Fred the Service Tech did everything that *** wanted her to doWhen he reached the property he saw no hole in the wall, which was statedThe dryer cord could not reach the outlet because the installer brought a feet cord not a foot cord that would have worked*** told him that they make no such cordRobert W*** who has been in business over years knows they do and we carry them in the storeThe installer, this is their problem, this was not part of the service of RE W*** SupplyThis is when *** would not listen and she sta1ted yelling and screaming in Robert W***'s faceHe tried several times to calm her down, but could notThere was no reason to continue the conversation and Robert W*** left the property concerned of about his well beingStill screaming and yelling on the front porch"I will not enter this property nor my employees will not either." A copy of the job order where she signed was satisfactory completed that dayWe are very disappointed that this was not resolved, but we did everything we could

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Mr Fred never located for me the location of the outlet. He made 2 holes in my wall without mentioning it to me or repairing it (pictured as shown). I did not approve him installing outlet near the floor. I saw it after I paid him and when I questioned him about it he said it's fine. However he knew it was a stackable set and the dryer cord would not reach. The appliance installer said they do not have longer cords. They only come in 5' and 6' which is the standard length. As you can see from the pictures that no 5' or 6' cord would reach. I would have to purchase a custom made cord. When I called Fred he didn't want to hear my concerns so he disrespectfully hung the phone up on me. I called back and Wilbur answered the phone and told me he would come over to look at the job. I asked him several times when and he just said he would call me at 9:am the following morning. When I didn't receive his call I decided that I would call. Finally I got him on the phone and he gave me a time and date when he'll come by. Once he saw the damage he tried justifying it by putting the blame on me. When I started to respond to him he refused to listen and decided to walk away. He was rude and arrogant. I felt he treated me that way because I am a woman. I still don't have access to doing laundry. They need to seal up the extra holes in the wall they made and place the outlet in its proper location because that is what I paid for, beside dryer outlets are generally placed midway on the wall because of possible water damage. In his response he claims that he did everything I wanted, well that is not true. I let him do the work without interfering and only saw it after I paid him. Please help me get justice.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The installer never
mentioned that he made 2 holes straight through the structure of the
building. Then tried to cover it up with a plastic cover. Had I noticed
it I would've never made a payment until he repaired it. I found out
days later when I removed plastic cover. I purchased a 6ft cord at
$28.05, and it wasn't long enough. Now I'm either stuck with it or I
have to return it before it's too late. He was suppose to place the
dryer outlet in mid wall on the right side of the existing outlet
because he knew in advance that it was a stackable washer/dryer set. I
did not and would never tell a tech where he should place anything that I
know nothing about. He is a liar and very rude. Thank you.
