My first experience with this company: We were out celebrating my friend's birthdayWe had a party of about people, we were ordering plenty of food and drinksThis was a slow day for them, besides our party there was approximately other customersWe asked our server if they could play some upbeat R&B music, the server told us that they don't control the music and they would have to speak with the managerThe server comes back to tell us that the manager denied our requestWe then ask to speak to the managerHe comes out with this smug look on his faceHe didn't greet us or anythingHe rudely asked whats the problemWe weren't rude at all at firstWe kindly explained to him that we were celebrating a birthday and that we wanted to know if he could play some upbeat R&B musicHe said no because the music is on rotateThe only thing that it was rotating was old school wedding music since we had been thereThey play Pandora on a laptop that is hooked up to the speakers and the station could have been easily changedSo after our request was denied he walked awayNext thing we know Kirk Franklin comes on playing gospel musicWe then call the server over to change this because the last thing we want to do is sit in a bar drinking spirits and listening to gospelThe server goes back to the manager so he can turn this off and we over hear him say " Didn' t I tell they a [redacted] that I wasn't changing the D [redacted] music!", not knowing that gospel was playingAfter that we explained to him that his attitude was terrible and we did not have spend any more money in their establishment, packed up our crew and left My 2nd experience: We were planning a surprise party for a friendI called and spoke with an employee about reserving tablesSince she didn't know how this worked, she asked the managerInstead of the manager getting on the phone and handling this situation like a manger should have, they communicated the answers to my questions through the employeeI asked did I need to come and pay anything at that time, they said no and I could pay they day of the partyI arrive on the day of the party, with decorations with me to set up and they tell me the tables have been sold to someone elseI request to speak with a managerThe kitchen manager comes out and says that he sold the tables to someone else and starts questioning me like I'm lying about speaking someone at the beginning of that weekAfter I disclosed who I spoke with and the arrangement that was set up he still did not try to accommodate us in anywayHe didn't suggest anything and everything we suggested was shot down ASAPHe was rude and did not exhibit any managerial skillsHe didn't care at all that I had arrived there to pay for the tables, set up, or that I had invited several peopleHe didn't care or apologize for their miscommunication and unorganization with one anotherTherfore I had to find another venue, go set up, and try to contact all those who I had invited My experience with this company has been anything but positiveThe managers that I have come in contact with exhibits arrogance, ignorance, poor communication skills with their staff, inability to resolve customer issues, the worst customer sertvice I have ever seen, and unorganization at an all time highI would never recommend this establishment to anyone
