I called and was number 13 in line. I waited about 30 minutes to talk to someone. He answered and was walking me through my problem and then hung up on me. I called back and I was number 12. I waited 20 minutes. When the person answered I said "please do not hang up on me" and I explained what happened. About 2 minutes in he hung up one me. I called back and now the office is closed.
