operational or refund the money to clients for unused time, as we did for Mr***We, ourselves, received a lot of misleading information from RMG about network status and what was actually going on(Which is probably typical for a company going through bankruptcy and trying to restructure.) In transparency to our clients, we passed along as much information as we couldIn fairness to REACH, we actually took the biggest hit as we paid RMG their revenue share AND still refunded customersRMG obviously took the money and never delivered, but we still tried to do what was right for our customersREACH has been in business for over years in the advertising space with over 4,customers through the years across the entire USBased the number of Revdex.com complaints we've received in over years, we're a very honorable and respected company

I understand the reputation you may have but I was not a satisfied customer and I wish not to be contacted by staff when I clearly do not want to do business anymore and want to know that either a I get full refund or b you accept the 1000 towards the time spent and we move on and close this case. there is not negotiation on trying top keep me as a customer I will have to take business else were and hope you implement the necessary training to your staff.
