I have tried to contact reach three times with no response. On my first visit I purchased a 5 session package with theragun add on for a total of $294 and have used 2 of 5 each. That first visit was on November 9, 2019. They have since charged an additional $79 each in December, January, and February which I did not sign up for or agree to. They have no responded to any attempts to contact them and continue to charge my credit card.
