relationship with *** and always attended to her needs. The rent on the property is $and has remained the same since *** has lived there. The owners have been pleased, so we try to help in any way we can and *** has always paid on time.As you can see from the attached time line, invoices, email responses, we have never neglected our landlord responsibilities and have always sent a professional out to the home to repair/replace any and all problems. We have responses from three different professionals, *** ***, *** *** *** and the City of *** that there is no problem or back up, just a noise that we can't seem to figure out how or if it can be resolved. We will continue to try, but if the system is functioning and it's only a "noise" factor, we may not have a resolution. As for the light fixture. There is a dual function, a wall switch and a chain, they both have to be "on" for the light to work. The video was to help show ***, since she was not home at the time, how to use the light properly. As always, we try our best and are very dedicated to our tenants and landlords.
