I am rejecting this response because:
If a customers purchases something online - and you purchase the credit
card.... what right do you have to "adjust" the price afterwards? They
did refund me the difference. But the issue is with the way their
website processes the discount. they should get that fixed or BOLDY
STATE at the time of checkout that the price MAY CHANGE AFTER PURCHASE.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because delivery was promised within 15 days of July 6 order. It was not delivered until. 21 business days later. The tracking information did not indicate any movement beyond July 11 for a week. It appeared it was lost. They promised to ship a replacement expedited . They didn't. I don't accept their explanation of a slight delay implying I was impatient. Rather their organization was at fault.

This order was delivered by the USPS on 8/3/17 as you can see by the following link and screenshot. We were in close contact with he customer throughout this issue and explained the process when shipping vis UPS Surepost, but I believe he may have been confused, thinking he had chosen a different...
shipping method. In any even the package was delivered as promised after a slight delay by the USPS and again we explained all of this thought the process.
