Company failed to give notice of change in departure time, traveling from Tallahassee to South Florida on date of April 29,
On April 24, 2017, I purchased a one way travel ticket for my son who was traveling home from Tallahassee to South Florida on April 29, The scheduled time of departure was 9:amOn Wednesday, April 26th, I received a confirmation email as the company was " looking forward" to his traveling with them at 9:am on SaturdayWhen my son arrived at departure location at 8:am, other students notified him that a bus left at 8:am I immediately called the company using two different numbers without being able to reach anyonemessages were left I re-checked my "confirmation" email and saw that the time hadn't been changed - (it stated 9:am) then checked the website and found that the departure time was changed to 7:am
