The customer was mailed refund check #1112 in the amount of $25.95 on 10/18 when her email was sent to us. The customer is correct in that she called several times prior inquiring about her refund, and we confirmed for her that it was processing. However, we typically do not mail out refunds until...
30 days after the service period being refunded has ended. Since the customer continued to call and inquire about her refund we expedited the process and had it mailed out on 10/18. We ask that she please be patient and wait for it to arrive in the mail, as it should be received any day now.
A credit of $33.69 has been applied to the customer's account as per her request. While we are not certain customer has not had any trash pickups in the past 5 weeks, she did certainly have issues with pickup that she has called in about.
