Readers Club Home Office has also issued Mrs. [redacted] a full refund, and would have been happy to work with Mrs. [redacted] had she given us the opportunity. In another attempt to accommodate Mrs. [redacted] we have also added her number to our DNC list to make sure that Mrs. [redacted] will not be contacted from Reader Clubs Home Office in the future.
