This is the account of a mentally incapacitated adult named *** Carlin Long. Over a month ago I, as one of her caretakers spoke on the phone to a rep and explained this. I was under the impression that all magazines and payments had been cancelled at that time. Her Conseverator has also had this conversation with this company. Yesterday $50 was taken from her account causing it to be overdrawn. This money needs to be replaced and clear communication to all parties that *** cannot order magazines and her account needs to be closed once and for all as we were advised it was over a month ago!

Talked my wife into a $30+ a month, 9 month purchase of magazines. Wife says that among other things, the company threatened her. Unfortunately, I wasn't home at the time and she agreed. Will be interesting to see of they stop extracting money at the end of the 9 month period. Very disappointed - in both company and spouse.
