Review: I actually attended the Reading Cinemas location in Rohnert Park, CA at [redacted], but I could not find this location to choose from here on the Revdex.com. I do know thrit headquarters are located in Los Angeles so I am hoping this will reach there. The issue took place December 26, 2015. I attended a Star Wars showing with my father and boyfriend and upon entering the theater number 3 every row of seats had popcorn and trash in the aisles. The floors were sticky and the place most definitely was not cleaned at all from the previous showing. It was horrendous. The womans restroom had trash piled high when I first entered. At the end of this movie two hours later the trash was spilling on to the ground and 75% of the stalls had no toilet paper and were clogged and even overflowing with water. The restroom posed a serious health concern for being extremely unsanitary. I deemed this theater was poorly maintained and was curious what exactly their employees were doing during these hours. I called the next day and asked for a manager, she immediately was defensive and went as far as blaming me for "missing the before showing theater lineup" I tried telling her no one was lined up and that I was indeed early to the movie along with at least 100 other theater goers who were already seated. During trying to explain this she was hostile and interrupted me at least 12 times. She finally offered free movie pqsses to mail me. I obliged she took my address over the phone and that was the end of the call. Two weeks later I noticed, no passes ever arrived in thr mail. I called back Rhonert Park Reading Cinemas and complained once again this time about my non existent movie passes that were promised. Another manager got on and said "They must have got lost in thr mail." The management here is clearly very poor.Desired Settlement: After my second complaint I did finally receive movie passes in the mail. But what I want is for thr management of this location to have some sort of action taken against them I wish for therr to be some sort of consequence for their actions. I hope that someone goes to this location and takes a look at how its ran and the sanitary conditions.
