bought this part of the business from [redacted], we agreed to honor any warranty issues within a year after the acquisition, which has come and gone. This issue stems back a few years, so my suggestion would be to contact [redacted] that deals with service issues out of Tiffan Ohio for [redacted] Truck for reimbursement.[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I appreciate their position and [redacted] may be ultimately responsible for this, but Mr [redacted] who is an employee of Reading Truck co attempted to make the repairs and instructed me to take the truck to a Chevy dealer because his technicians could not resolve the problem. His technicians also did the final electrical wiring work to the truck snow plow after the Chevy dealer fixed some damaged parts. If Reading feels that [redacted] is responsible, they need to forward this to [redacted] and explain what happened. I have been speaking to and waiting for Reading to address this for many months. Reading is involved in this and therefore needs to process this refund with [redacted] if they believe it is their responsibility.
