*** *** informed our plumber that she would purchase the septic tank and the materials for the septic tank from Home Depot because she would be able to get everything cheaper than the price we would charge her to get these items for her. Ms*** did not realize that the septic tank she purchased did not come with any of the materials needed, which is why she has had to purchase materials herself, since she had informed us that she would be the one purchasing these items. The job is not complete because Ms*** ordered and purchased risers that Home Depot input incorrectly, leading to the wrong risers being ordered. We had to reorder the correct risers upon realizing that Home Depot had ordered Ms*** with the wrong risers. Ms*** asked our plumber if we could order the correct risers for her online, which our plumber did do on his phone in her presence. She also asked him if he would input his email address so that we could place the order online, since Ms*** did not have her own email address. Ms*** gave our plumber her debit card number to be able to order the risers online. The debit card declined and Ms*** told our plumber that she would be going down to Home Depot to pay for them. The order was placed on October 18, 2017, and was cancelled by Ms***, or one of her family members, on October 21, 2017. These risers are necessary for us to complete the job and cancelling the order has delayed completion. Attached are the Home Depot receipts showing when the order was placed and when it was cancelled. Some of the dates of our most recent visits to Ms***’ home are as follows: 10/19/17; visits on 10/18/17; 10/17/17; 10/11/

There is information on this complaint that is inaccurate The amount charged to our customer is incorrect The office that we obtained our permits from were not from EPA as the customer believes them to be, which is why they are unable to locate them when contacting their office
Our permits were obtained from the office of New Mexico Environment Department This job isn't complete in part because of unforeseen issues and largely because the customer maintains their gate locked and doesn't permit us access onto her property to complete the job Our office personnel would contact the customer to inform them of when we would be sending someone out to the home to do the work, and many times they didn't have access to the property even though the customer agreed to the times discussed Attached we have included the supporting documents that our office has for review Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: The job is still unfinished, nothing has been covered upDolores is not telling you the truth, she is lyingWe have been available everyday to let them inWe have called them numerous times and Dolores tells us that they will be there tomorrow, but they never show upMy grandson has called Dolores and the plumber and they say that they will be there at am and they don't show upI have doctors appointments and I can't be waiting for them all day Dolores refuses to give me the owners number to I can speak with himShe tells me that he does not live in Roswell and that he is hard to get a hold ofI want the owner to come see what mess I have on my propertyMy family is coming for the holidays and I need this resolved ASAP. Reading plumbing took a $deposit, which is not reflected on the totalThey said they would provide all materials and labor, yet we had to buy most of the materialsWe would like our money back. I have enclosed pics of the unfinished work. Also, still waiting for the inspectors to see the horrible job they did

I am rejecting this response because:
April 11, 2017 Re: ID # [redacted]  Greetings: I request that you reopen our case referenced above for the reasons outlined below: • Approximately a month ago [redacted] (who is legally blind) and I spoke with Glen G[redacted] and it was agreed that he would refund $450 of the $700-worth of Freon gas that his employee, Anthony, took without permission from Mr. [redacted]'s residence, further refused to reinstall it when requested and then tried to sell said gas back to Mr. [redacted] for $700. • Mr. G[redacted] requested a receipt, not an invoice, in exchange for us dropping our case against him with the Revdex.com and the New Mexico Attorney General's office. • We were unable to get a receipt from the man who came and helped Mr. [redacted] in his emergency; (he had been forced out of his home due to the freezing weather for a month).We do not know why this man does not give receipts. The last time we spoke with him he was working out of town somewhere, but we are grateful for his help in correcting Reading's unethical workmanship and getting Mr. [redacted] back into his home again. • We have provided Mr. G[redacted] with a legitimate receipt in the form of a sworn, notarized statement showing the name of the technician, the amount paid, the product, and the date of service. Mr. G[redacted] now says that he wants an INVOICE and according to his secretary he needs it for his taxes. The notarized statement qualifies as a receipt for his purposes. We feel that he is continuing to try to cheat Mr. [redacted] by now changing the terms of "our agreement". We sincerely hope that you will recognize this avoidance for what it is and accept that we allowed the case drop in good faith believing that Mr. G[redacted] would keep his word, which he has not.Regards,
