I am sorry for the delay in responding to the subject complaint, but research was required as *** *** did not purchase this stove directly from Reading Stove Company as listed in his complaint, but through one of our Stove Dealers, *** ***
Company, Johnstown, PA*** ***'s actual purchase of this stove appears to have been via *** and the representative, ***, who he refers to in his complaint, is an employee of *** *** Company, not Reading Stove CompanyA copy of the *** *** Company Purchase Order for the stove in question, listing *** ***’s address, is enclosed.At this point I am uncertain how *** *** feels mislead as all of the literature available clearly lists Anthracite Coal as the required fuel for this productA copy of the specifications, taken directly from Reading Stove Company's literature, is listed on the *** *** Company *** page (copy enclosed)Also enclosed is *** *** Company's Return Policy printed directly from their *** listingUnfortunately, it appears as though this complaint has been filed by someone who did little, if any, research on the product and isn’t even aware of the business from which the product was purchased.Because there was no transaction between Reading Stove Company and *** *** I cannot see any way in which Reading Stove could be expected to rectify this complaintIt is my suggestion that either *** ***, or the Revdex.com, contact *** *** Company regarding this matter so that it may be addressed between the actual parties to the transactionI will request that the Reading Stove Company Sales Representative, whose territory includes *** *** Company, discuss this matter with them.Hopefully this letter and the enclosed information will help to clarify this matterPlease contact me if I may be of further assistanceSincerely,Scott K Sales Representative
