The consumers loan is governed by the state of Ohio and therefore business cannot overcharge any customer. 
Example provided by the business - If the consumer has an outstanding loan for...

$100.00. They consumer is charged 5% interest or $5.00 and a $4.00 storage fee monthly. If the loan origin date is 7/15/2016 the consumer is responsible for paying the $100.00 + Interest $5.00 (5%) and the storage fee of $4.00 equaling $109.00. The amount must be paid in full by 8/15/2016. On the 16th day or August 16th, 2016 the consumer will be in another month and therefore would not only be responsible for the loan amount but another interest payment and storage fee totaling $118.00 and so on until the loan is paid in full.
The consumer has been a consumer for 20 years.
Consumer called the business and they agreed to review the details of the loan to explain details (that are also listed on the ticket provided to the customer upon loan).
