Dear Mr [redacted] ***Obviously there's a difference in opinion between the partiesOur $offer is still on the tableWe just need a release form releasing our dealership and of any further liabilities, and to immediately stop the media attacks on our company and myself personally.Once received, we will send $by certified mailEither to the address on file, or to a different mailing address if you preferSincere apologies, [redacted] Ready2Roll Used Cars

I am rejecting this response because:Ready to Roll is being dishonestHe stated that he countered with a $offer but HE DID NOT make any attempts to send me any moneyFurthermore Ready to Roll advertise their cars in the personal section of [redacted] which is also against the lawThus being said they committed illegal acts from advertising the car (on [redacted] ) I still have digital copy of adAre they going to excuse that as a mistake as well.Ignorance of the law is NO EXCUSE thus meaning just because they're claiming it is a clerical error doesn't excuse themAt the very least is exemplifies INCOMPETENCE!No one at their car lot can determine the year of the vehicle before they offer it for saleThat's incompetenceThey clearly committed fraud and continue to do so and they still have refused to compensate me in any matterNow I've had to retain a lawyer because they refuse to compensate me or respond to my text.I retained a lawyer because they have not shown any remorse or a willingness to correct their illegal saleI wouldn't have had to retain a lawyer if they would have compensated me BUT THEY DIDNT!They definitely deserve a "F" rating Futhermore they stated they was accredited by the Revdex.com that is also another lie they told me because they are clearly not a member of Revdex.com.If they wish to resolve this then they will reply with what exactly their going to do to resolve it

I sold the *** to Mr*** ***The car was brought to the lot by one of our salesman, as a *** XC90I wrote the contract up as a 2006. days later I get texts from Mr***stating that we committed fraud, by selling him a 2004, not a as we advertised and sold.I spoke
with Mr.*** that morningWe had a amicable 3-minute conversationHe spoke his side, and then I countered by saying we were under impression that the car was a That we didn't intentionally doing anything wrongHe said he wanted some of his money back $I countered by saying once we got the title the next day we would get in contact with him, to hopefully settle things. We countered his offer of $800With a $offerHe said if he received the $that day he would accept itOtherwise he was suing. After our first conversation, his wife called immediately after we spoke, and asked if I was sending moneyI told her no, but your husband has told me you all are seeking $800I told her the same thing I told her husband, once we got the title on Monday, (to confirm year of vehicle) we would be in contactWe did just that, but the money needed to be in their hands that day or there's no agreement. After telling me he was filing a lawsuit, the man text me for 3-days.By law I registered the car on MondaySent his registration to him certified mail, he received that on Thursday DMV will mail the title, but him and his lawyer are demanding the title and $for him and $for his lawyerNow Mr.*** and his wife both stated that they liked the carWe sold the car for $plus taxes/ registration for a total of $2600Blue book for a *** XCwith 170,miles is $4300Blue book for a *** XCwith 170,miles is $3600Where's the intent to defraud? The car sold for less than the wholesale price of a 2004. If there was intent we would have been charging him around $4300It was an honest mistake/ clerical error on our partThis is why we offered $We shouldn't have to pay the extorting rate of $800. They only paid $for the car. Thanks,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:Ready to Roll is being dishonest. He stated that he countered with a $300 offer but HE DID NOT make any attempts to send me any money. Furthermore Ready to Roll advertise their cars in the personal section of [redacted] which is also against the law. Thus being said they committed illegal acts from advertising the car (on [redacted]) I still have digital copy of ad. Are they going to excuse that as a mistake as well.Ignorance of the law is NO EXCUSE thus meaning just because they're claiming it is a clerical error doesn't excuse them. At the very least is exemplifies INCOMPETENCE!No one at their car lot can determine the year of the vehicle before they offer it for sale. That's incompetence. They clearly committed fraud and continue to do so and they still have refused to compensate me in any matter. Now I've had to retain a lawyer because they refuse to compensate me or respond to my text.I retained a lawyer because they have not shown any remorse or a willingness to correct their illegal sale. I wouldn't have had to retain a lawyer if they would have compensated me BUT THEY DIDNT!They definitely deserve a "F" rating Futhermore they stated they was accredited by the Revdex.com that is also another lie they told me because they are clearly not a member of Revdex.com.If they wish to resolve this then they will reply with what exactly their going to do to resolve it.
