This client likes to make more out of a response than what is true fact! Again he has sent me texts in regards to our payment arrangements on this matterThere hasn't been any other changes or promises from our company to this client in regards to any other payment arrangementsFurther the client says after numerous failed attempts the company has not respondedthis is an untrue statementOur recent text conversations with the client about the payments regarding this matter show there are no promise after promise made to this client with failHe is just making more out of a situation than is fact! Considering that this client wrote some misleading information we do not deny that we are aware of the issues in his complaintMr*** was fully aware of the situation surrounding the absence of the business owner and he knew full well where the business owner was prior to this complaint being
madeIn his complaint statement he says that the contractor has now disappearedHe knew the owner was in a situation where he could not respond to the clientAlso the company secretary had also informed the client of the situation and the customer acknowledge he already knew the situation that lead to the company owners absenceSince the owners return to business, we have been in contact with the client to settle any disputes and have agreed between client and business to make payment arrangements to satisfy the clientThe client has responded to our offer and has accepted the termsAttached text conversations are also providedFurther the company has all texts, emails and property notes which show the conversations between the customer and the business leading to the absence of the business ownerWe are working on resolving this issue with the client and as informed the client has agreed to accept the terms of the agreement.Any further information which may be needed can be supplied to assist in helping resolve this matter

You will see on Sept. 12 2016 Wayne and I worked out that he would pay me $100-$200 a month.    He did not pay therefore on October 24th I sent a follow up and he said he would send payment within two weeks.   It is now January 4th and I have not received a penny.    Even if Wayne were to send me any money at this point I do not trust he would continue to stick to the arrangement.    A payment arrangement is just that, you pay on an agreed upon schedule.    Wayne just says he will do it to get this taken off of his Revdex.com score.     I will not accept this as a resolution until I receive all $4000 that is owed from May of 2015.  Thanks, [redacted]
