I am the manager this gentleman spoke to regarding this issue. What the customer seemed to neglect to mention was his constant interruption, negative and degrading attitude towards myself and our Staff. Mr*** was shooting on yard Pistol Lanes. He in fact was shooting
pistols as was his I assume wife. Shooting pistols while sitting is unsafe in most cases and closely watched when our customers in wheel chairs are on the Range, shooting a pistol while rolling around is extremely unsafe and not permitted on the pistol lanes. Sitting is only permitted on the yard rifle lanes utilizing the provided bench rests, sleds and sand bags.. He was explained that by not only myself but our Range Safety Officer, which is why there are no rolling stools in the yard Bays. Whereas Mr*** was asked to remove his sunglasses while shooting what he has neglected to state is we offered him clear shooting glasses to use in place of his sunglasses. Our Safety Video specifically states "No Sunglasses may be used on the Range". This Safety Video is required watching prior to issuing any range Cards. Mr***, may have trouble standing, as he states, however he needed no assistance walking into the 43,square foot facility, appeared agile while on the range and required no assistance from our Range Safety Officers as most physically handicapped individuals require. Had Mr*** advised prior to walking to the Range he was handicapped, or had he needed assistance in walking to the Range, that would have prompted our Staff to assist him in whatever mean necessary to facilitate a pleasant experience. Mr*** say nor offered anything until such time as it suited him. As for Mr***'s remarks pertaining to the confrontation with myself, the manager on the floor, he approached me, I listened to what he had to say, while offering an explanation, siting the clear Range Rules, he continued to interrupt me. When I motioned for him to quiet and allow me to finish he became very loud, disrupting and vulgar to the point other customers were alerted. Mr*** was asked to leave in a civilized manner, he chose to become louder and more vulgar. I made an attempt to ignore his behavior wishing for the best outcome, he continued to refuse to leave, he was told nicely to leave the facility and was told "You have been asked times to leave, we will not ask a 3rd. His voice became even louder, Vulgar toward myself, staff and customers. Customers became uneasy because of his actions to the point we felt the need to involve the local Police as this was a man clearly angered and armed. Mr***, understanding we were prepared to call the police left the facility, still shouting profanities. Mr***, had he watched the safety video as required, knew Sun Glasses were not permitted on the range. The Range Safety officer who allowed this for minutes has been dealt with internally. Mr*** was advised by our Range Safety Office, when offered Clear Shooting Glasses to use, he could not shoot with his sunglasses. Mr*** chose not to utilize the glasses offered, that was his choice. Our customers, after Mr*** finally left the facility were in amazement by his action, his vulgar shouting and complete disrespect for our Staff. Those on the Range while Mr*** was shooting offerd compliments to our Range Safety Officer for his patience while dealing with an armed obstinate individual. Our customers offered many statements to his rude, degrading attitude towards our Range Safety Officers and applauded our staff for their patience and resolve while dealing with such an angry and unsafe individual. If MrBollard would like a refund for the time he did not use, minutes we will gladly refund. Range time at our Range is $per hour or cents per minute totaling $2.27. We have asked Mr*** not to return to our facility as we pride ourselves on offering a Safe and Friendly place to enjoy the shooting sport

The response was loaded with lies and exaggerationsIt is clear by their response that the only view handicapped people as people in a wheelchairThat is not the case and I'm offended by that assumptionMy handicap isn't always visibleI have a bad heart condition which requires me to have a pacemaker and defibrillator and I also have back problemsThey tried to make it sound like I was going to be " rolling around the range firing a pistol "That is and they know itI merely asked for a stool so I could sit and rest when I wasn't shootingThey know I wasn't going to shoot from the stoolI had to lean against a table and kneel quite often because of the pain I was inI have never been denied a stool at any other gun rangeThen they try to exaggerate the glasses issueThey refer to them as sunglassesThey weren't sunglasses, they were extremely light tinted shooting glasses that I purchased from them and was told by them were ok to use on their rangeI had used them there numerous times with no complaintsI can send pictures of the shooting glasses, proof of my disabled status and proof of my implanted cardiac device if neededThey act like I was loud and obnoxious......lie! I only raised my voice one time, and that was when the manager was instigating an argument and said " could you say that again, louder "So I did as I was walking outThey try to make it seem like I was an armed threatLie!! When I spoke to employee about stool, my firearm was in the shooting bay UNLOADED and I spoke with him outside the shooting bayHe however had a loaded gun in a holster on himWhen I spoke with employee about the glasses on the range, this was a different employee they sent in, he was carrying a loaded firearm on him in a holster and mine was on the shooting lane bench rest UNLOADEDWhen I spoke to the manager who was rude, talked down to me, interrupted me and shook her finger at me and said ah ah ah ah, was carrying a loaded firearm in a holster and my range bag ( required by them ) was on the floor with UNLOADED firearm in itAt NO point did I threaten anyone nor would ITo suggest anything else as they did shows how they tried to esculate the problemI was never rude to anyone there until the endI was treated like garbage because I was handicapped by employees there and when they manager belittled me and treated me like a child and then threatened to call police when I simply asked for my range card refund and shorted range time refund, yes, I finally said "*** ***" and started to walk outNEVER raised my voice until she said " say that again, louder "Then I said it louder as I was walking outOnly so much a person can takeTo belittle a handicapped only because they asked for a stool is absurdYou can look all over the internet, there are dozens of negative reviews about this place that specifically address this womenWords used such as rude, belligerent, crazy, and even bhIt's obvious she has a problem talking to peopleAll I asked for was my back from the year long range cards I bought that day plus cost of shorted range time for me and my wifeOh, and this lady says they asked me never to come backAnother lie!! I told THEM, I wasn't coming back because of how rude the employees were and asked for the refundI think that's what really set her offI told them I wouldn't come back, not them telling me I couldn't come backIt's also important to note that One Shot Inc has changed locations and now goes by the name Ready Line because their reputation in town was so bad about how rude they are and how high priced their firearms areSo my point is that their response was a totally lie or exaggeration on each pointThey referred to the finger waved in my face by the manager and the ah ah ah ah as a " gesture "I am still simply asking for only what I'm entitledrefund for range cards plus cost of shortage of range time for me and my wifeAn apology would be nice but there is no way these people would ever apologize
