Review: The following are e-mails that I sent concerning my order. As of today, 9/2/14 I have not head a word from this company:

I am very glad that you are back up and running. I called your office last September about the above invoice and no one returned my call. I received the shipment and the [redacted] passenger cars look and run great. The only problem I have is the [redacted]. I received one box that has [redacted] on it and another box that has #[redacted] but both units are [redacted]. I would like to return one or the other and you can send me the other one that matches the unit. Please let me know what you want me to do.

I spoke with you about three weeks ago concerning the order I received last September. The invoice number [redacted] was received which included:

I received two [redacted]’s instead of a [redacted] and a [redacted]. I was informed that a replacement set was to be sent to me but as of today, I have not received anything. Please update me as to when I will receive my replacement order.

###-###-####Desired Settlement: Since I have not heard from the company, I want my money refunded.

Review: On or about Feb. 20th 2015 recieved the product I ordrered, but was damaged. I contacted the company and was instructed to return for repair. The company recieved and confirmed reciept my damaged product on Feb. 25th and said they would take crae of it. Repeated emails to them for a [redacted] reapirs have gone unanswered. In addition they are suppose to refund me the cost of shipping the product back to them. In addition it took months for the product to be delivered. I've sent them multiple emails over the last number of weeks with no reply. On my last email to them on March 23rd I set my email to notify me that they recieved it and it was recieved on the same day.Desired Settlement: fix it or refund me the full amount including shipping cost.
