I hired this company to through an advertisement I saw in the Newspaper, to do some re modeling of my homeThis Company which consists of One person in management, called me, came over to my house & checked on what had to be doneNever took measurements of anything at allThis was on 2nd MayHe only took a few pictures of my Kitchen Counter, which I needed done & also a picture of the landing that I wanted a dry wall doneThese pictures were taken on his phoneWhen I asked if he was going to take measurements, he said he will but never did He promised to get the quotes out to me on the 3rdi then requested for a sample of the laminated counter top, which he promised to bring on Sunday 4thHe then sent me a text saying the shop wasn't opened as it was SundaySomething I would have expected him to know ahead if he was a contractor & had done work beforeI asked for some pictures of work he had done, which I never gotHe then said he will bring it on Monday 5thIt was brought in the evening & I asked him which day was good to start work as I was in no hurryI also asked if he needed an advance & he said he takes payment after the job is done he then said he would start work on the Kitchen counters on Thursday 15th & on the drywall on Monday 19thThis was agreed upon On Monday 12th May I called the contractor more than times, to ask him if anyone would take measurements in order to start workHe didn't answer his phoneI left voice messagesHe never called backOn Tuesday morning I text him & he text back saying they would be there on Thursday guys arrived at my house at a.mon Thursday 15th, I didn't know who they were, as I was not informed by the contractor & He never accompanied them even to introduce them to us The workers were excellentDid the best job ever, with a load of careBeautiful AttitudeThey were very upset that the board ordered for my kitchen table was onlyfeet, when it required feetI was told they need days to order a foot laminated top as it is custom madeThe contractor & owner of Ready Remodel, took no measurements & the guys who were going to work on the job, were never brought to measure the placeSo they didn't know what to expect or what they had to doIn the end, I ended up with a kitchen counter that has a joint in the middle, as it is fixed in pieces I didn't say anything about it & payed him in full in cash for the counter tops & for fixing the sink, as soon as the job was done They said they would be at m house to work on the drywall on Monday 19th at a.mOn Sunday evening I tried calling him & there was no answer as usual & I sent him a text asking if they would be there on MondayHe replied that they will be thereOn Monday when I woke up at a.mto clear the place to start work, I see a text from the contractor, with a picture of a split tire, saying the guys who were supposed to work had a split tire & they will be delayedI called him every hour the entire day to find out where the people wereHe Never answered his phoneI left or more voice messages, just asking if they were coming at all or if I was to go about my workhe never called backMy Husband left messages, never called backAt a.mhe sent a text saying the tire shop opens at & they will be done in hourAt he said the tire shop opened at & they will be done in hourAt he said the truck broke down as well & they will be at my house in an hourThey never showed upI had to cancel all my plans for the day as I lived in hope that they would show up any time Then on Monday night he sends a text saying they will be at my house on Tuesday at They did arrive on timeI was so relieved & sent a text to the contractor & thanked himI can only text him, as he never answers his phoneThe Contractor did not show up or even apologize for what happened on Mondaythey guys had to work on Wednesday st as wellThe contractor arrived around p.m& I asked him, what happened on MondayOMG!!! He shouted at me & said he didn't owe me an explanationI said he didn't have to lie to me, all he had to do was say they were not comingFor that he got more offended, shouted even louder & said that I was Crazy & I had an attitude & called his workers to leaveThe workers refused to leaveHe then said I was not to talk to his workersI told him he had no right to come into my Home & raise his voice at meTo this he said he felt sorry for my Husband for having to live with meI told him to mind his business & that's the reason he was not marriedThis is all unnecessary words & it is none of his concern about my personal lifeIs this how an Owner of a Licensed Business talks to Customers? Where does he get the right to call a Customer Crazy & say she has an attitude? I have my mother living with me who is years of ageHe had no respect even for herWe thought he was drunk, the way he spokeMy Husband was at workWe are all still shaken up with all thisHis workers were apologizing for the bosses behavior He forgets that I pay him to do a job of workNot to shout at me & tell me what he thinks of meHe should have some respect for a lady & know that the Customer is always right, even if they are wrongThat's BusinessHe shouldn't be in business if this is his attitude & he is going to raise his voice to a Customer He said he didn't want payment for the job doneI said thank you very much & please don't be seen anywhere near my house againI will pay the workers for the job they did did so wellThis Contractor does not know anything about, building, painting or re-modellingHe only knows to take the money & shout at his customers He then sends me a text saying he is not going to complete the rest of my work as I said he was lyingI Apologized to him if I did offend him & I said it was ok if he didn't want to work anymore & I said I was being nice to all of them from the day the commenced work & all he had to do was, just say he was sorry about Monday & it was beyond his control & that he thought they could make itShouting at the top of his voice for all my neighbors to hear was not the answer to my question I had to practically ask him to leave my house & lock the doorHe just wouldn't leaveHe behaved like a crazy person, going out of the door, coming in again & shouting asking me not to talk to the workersHe was going in & outIf I don't talk to the workers how do I get my work done? When I said this to him, he shouted back saying he is the boss & they are his workers & he can say what he wantsWhere does he get that right? To ask the customer not to talk to the workers? Really? If this is how he thinks of his job, he is certainly not fit to take on a contract & do a job or own a business or even be in BusinessI would appeal to the necessary people to look into this matter at your earliestHe needs to apologize for his horrible behaviorTo me, To my Mother & to my HusbandI apologized to him, even if I was not wrongI felt I owed it to him as he said he was offended that I said he was lyingBut not once did he apologize to meNot even in a text messageHe forgets that he works for me & not the other way around & he is in no way doing me a favor I am very upsetHe now sends me a text saying he is blocking my numberLike I even carehe is not my friendJust a Contractor I hired to do some work for meHe can block my number all he wants, as I will never get him to work again for me & will stop anyone else from getting a person with such an attitude as well, if I can People who own a business & work on contract do not block Customers numbersThat shows how well he knows to handle a CustomerHe should be in School if this is the way he wants to runs a BusinessHe needs to grow upIt is very childish to inform a Customer that you are blocking their number Pathetic that there are such people advertising in Newspapers as a Licensed Contractor

I left 6 or more voice messages, just asking if they were coming at all or if I was to go about my work. he never called back. My Husband left 3 messages, never called back. At 8 a.m. he sent a text saying the tire shop opens at 8 & they will be done in 1 hour. At 9 he said the tire shop opened at 9 & they will be done in 1 hour.
