Ready Services Mechanical Heating & Air

When you go through your home warranty, you HAVE to unfortunately choose one of their companiesMy wife and I haven't had a great experience with Ready Services Mechanical Heating & AirWe have a newborn and our AC went outWe were given their number and a gentleman came out the next day as promisedHe pronounced our unit dead and proceeded to deal with our warranty company to have a new unit approved with overtime with emergency statusVery good news you'd thinkWell, after they were given the order number and unit, them sticking to the given schedule was a nightmareI believe they came out on a 5/to pronounce the unit deadWe were told hopefully with the approved overtime and emergency we can get it for you by this weekendWell, that didn't happenWe call next week for an update and they have a unit and going to pick it upTried to get them to schedule us in and it was very iffy"We'll be out on Thursday, then it was Friday, Can you take off work so we can be there in the morning? Well it's looking like this weekend." The weekend came and gone without a new AC unitNow in to the beginning of the 3rd week I finally called our warranty place to update themThey informed me they called and left a message with no return call yetSo again, they say can you take off work Monday, "no we cannot but we will be there at 1:30"I leave work early and we get a call close to the house"We cannot be there todayIs there any way you can take off work so we can be there in the morning?" Again, "No we cannot but I'll be home early Wed to accommodate you." I'm here when they said they'd be here no later than 1:and my wife gets a call saying "We have to push you guys till tomorrow"And that's where I amSitting at home, after taking off work, waiting on unprofessional guys to get their 'crap' togetherOh please for the love of all that is holy..PLEASE go through someone else and DO NOT deal with the headache of what my wife and I are having to unfortunately endureResearch please b/c its your time and hard earned money businesses are vying for, and I'll be telling all my high profiled friends who NOT to ever deal with if they'd like to keep their sanity

This company has been amazing! I have had to call them a few times for emergencies and they are very fast and all techs and professional and politeSame day most of the time or early the next morning serviceWe have replaced both AC and Heater with Ready Services and I will go nowhere else for future needsGreat company every time
