Good morning in reference to our customer Mrs ***, right the next day of delivery without contacting us they file a Chargeback on the credit cards they use to pay for the moving service, which we already dispute with the bank and they didn't approve their reasons, and give us the money back, also they are filling a claim with their home insurance to claim damages and is under investigation, I spoke with the client the day of delivery and he seemed fine, and understandable, when the movers finish the job I wanted to talk to him about the service and they refuse to, and didn't want to finish signing all the paperwork or make the claim before the movers leave their location, we only had a minor delay on delivery, and give them a discount for that, their pick up and delivery was with no damages except one small table damaged during transit and "The Household Goods Bill of Lading was signed acknowledging shipment was received in good conditionWe are not liable for items packed by owner, and due to its fragile nature, carrier accepts no liability for damages to furniture constructed of pressed wood/particle board or similar composite materialsThey selected limited liability option, which covers $per pound per articleThey did not choose full coverage insurance or pay any deductible to get full coverageIf you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at [redacted] Thank youGraciela P***

I am rejecting this response because:The company super good movers did know of the issues with missing items and also broken there were no single pressed would items and also they did not say that we had to pay for any type of extra insurance if this were the case we emailed the company on many occasions about the broken and missing items and we never received a reply and that is why we went to this as a last resort I want everyone to see what the company did with our items
