The company advertises a program for a custom survival bag with gear. I took an assessment they require to see what I want with said bag. I paid 20 dollars for an expert to look over my assessment and contact me. This was February 11. No calls were made to me, no replies from either their phone number even though I left voicemails. No email replies, no message responses from their facebook page nor their customer service page.
We received an unprecedented volume of inquiries within a few days that our team was not able to handle. We just refunded the customer in full.
