Dear MsFord Thank you for your time to forward MrJacoby's complaint to me regarding the delay in receiving his 'Scenery, Theatrical, or Props' (our shipment# 49659586) I have attached a copy from our online / hard copy file of the original proof of delivery While MrJacoby's claim did involve "delivery issues", it was not a failure to provide serviceI will address the points of the complaint as follows: MrJacoby was contacted on 6/and not 06/10, to schedule deliveryWe strive to provide a hour window for residential deliveries but there are no guarantees provided for the accuracy of this windowWe scheduled this delivery to arrive between 11:& 3:00pm on Wednesday 6/and not 06/11/as claimedThe delivery vehicle that was used had a mechanical breakdown at approximately 2:pmOur driver attempted everything he knew to do as far as protocol to restart his vehicleThis took approximately minutes before he called the office to tell his dispatcher that he had broken down and needed further assistanceOur dispatcher then called a mobile repair service to travel to the 'down' unit to do a system repairAfter the repair had been completed, the driver continued on his route to make MrJacoby his first stopMrJacoby signed for his shipment at 4:pm (1634); hour and minutes after the original window Simply put, there was a delay in transit due to a mechanical breakdownWhat we did not do was to contact MrJacoby during the time of the breakdown to advise him of the delayWe did receive his phone call at 2:pm at which time he inquired about the status of his delivery and we advised him of that delay I can appreciate the frustration he may have had in blocking out personal time and waiting for his shipment to arrive, but he did receive his shipmentWe apologize to MrJacoby that he has been inconvenienced and hope he gives us another opportunity to be of service to him in the future Sincerely, David Smith Ready To Go, Inc

Below are the notes I received from the Service Manager with
respect to Mr***’s complaint. We will be happy to refund Mr***s for his last visit on 6/7/in the amount of $190. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse Mr***s for *** ***’s invoice since the cause of the issue is/ was from the manufacturer, ***, and not Action Air Action Air’s technician performed a diagnostic and documented a faulty board. Technician returned and replaced the faulty board at a later date and ran tests showing operation of the equipment Approximately two weeks later Mr***s contacted our Service Department that his system was not working. We have reached out to *** and awaiting their response to respond to this issue for resolution as soon as possible We expect a response no later than Monday, September 19, for an update and will respond in kind

We have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] and are currently working with him to resolve this issue.
