This complaint had no ill effect on any company but my own. I ended up losing contracts due to this so there should be no detriment to anyone else so I feel this complaint is invalid as it affected no one else.
Review: Reagle Private Services, Inc. has provided a false and forged certificate of insurance for a business liability policy to one of their clients. This certificate listed a policy that has been verified as invalid. The certificate also provided my agency as the current broker on the policy and my signature was forged to complete the document. My agency has never provided any insurance policy to this company therefore, no certificate of insurance should be provided by my agency. Claims have been filed with the California Department of Insurance and Sacramento County Sheriff's Department for fraud and forgery.Desired Settlement: Reagle Private Services, Inc. will cease using my agency and forging my signature for their insurance policy needs and will sign a release as to this confirmation.
