I am rejecting this response because:My complaint was ignored. I called, emailed, and
left voicemails to the company. When they called me to tell me I was approved, I asked why no one ever contacted me back earlier or answered the phoneThe response I received was: "I don't know what to tell you." A company who does not perform business duties is not a company that deserves money. If the company had simply answered my email, voicemails, or the phone, this would not be an issue. What made it worse was when the woman said "I don't know what to tell you." This business took my money and did nothing with it and had no concern for answering any of my questions. They took my money and ignored me. Companies like this do not deserve to be in business. That is called a scam. Unless someone can provide me with a reason for why no one called me back, emailed me back, or answered the phone, I would like my $back please. Thank you,

I am sorry you are under the impression that you were scammed and feel as if we didn't respond in a timely manner. In saying that, we have never been reported to the Revdex.com prior to your complaint. We are a respected company in the community. We try to be as fair and equitable to all our tenants and potential tenants. That money was used to see if you qualified for the property. You were qualified, approved, and notified of approval. If you can find a law that states we have a certain amount of days to accept or reject your application then please let me know. Sincerely, Real Asset Management

This was a fee to see if they were qualified to rent the unit. They did qualify and were approved. They turned down the approval and unfortunately this is a non refundable fee.
