Top class service. Fast and thorough. The report helped me to get a refund from a seller who was insisting a garment was authentic. I knew it was counterfeit but needed the proof and thats where Real Authentication came to my rescue. I cannot recommend this service highly enough.

THE WORST SCAMMER and authenticator!! NEVER go this scammer! they would steal your money and basic say anything authentic ( even items you bought from the boutiques) as "FAKE". Stay far away from this scammer business! they have 0 knowledge!

I recently sold my Balenciaga sweater to a buyer on eBay. I had purchased this item from a reputable top-rated online seller that has over 3,600 transactions of positive feedback on their account. The buyer promptly returned the item stating it was inauthentic, stating that THIS service deemed the item inauthentic. After that situation, I sent the item to the luxury consignment store The RealReal which specializes in authenticating second-hand luxury items and is one of the top online consignment stores around. The RealReal deemed my item authentic, and accepted it.
Because of this business's shotty practices, they lost me a $500 sale. The fact that they offer such quick turnaround in authenticating items is a little bit suspicious due to the careful inspection required in determining the legitimacy of designer goods, especially in this day and age, where fake designer goods are very hard to discern from the authentic item.

Terrible company with zero experience. They authenticated a Celine bag and stated that the bag is real when it was a counterfeit. They have no skills and no knowledge. They should not be in business. Total waste of money. Stay away

I was recently introduced to Real Authentication from a friend of mine who used their services and was very satisfied. I have a few designer handbags and wallet that were given to me from my sister in law after our mother/mother in law passed away. Many of the items I intend to keep but there are just a few items I’m planning on consigning or posting on eBay. With my friends recommendation, I found RealAuthentication.com online. Their website was very user friendly. I placed my order by following the instructions with the necessary photos they need to virtually authenticate my handbags and wallet. My orders were authenticated within one day. I did have a few questions and was able to notate them on my order. Very quickly they responded and addressed my concerns. Once my order was complete, I chose to purchase the Authenticity Card they offer as an upgrade option for two items I plan on selling. I felt this way any new buyer should feel confident in purchasing my items. The Authenticity Card is the same size as a credit card and slipped perfectly in the wallet and handbag pocket. I was completely satisfied with the professional service I received from Real Authentication. I highly recommend them if you have any designer handbags or wallets you need authenticating. Plus, as an added bonus, I did download their mobile app.

I hired Real Authentication to authenticate a bag that I purchased on eBay. The company didn't evaluate that item correctly standing that the bag is real which is not. I rendered 2 more other authentications where both of them stated that the bag is a counterfeit. The seller who sold me this bag on eBay is using the same images from when I purchase and is still selling the same counterfeit bags under the same name and under the same pictures that I purchased.
I was told that this bag is an excellent counterfeit and unless you touch it in real life and do really good due diligence you won't be able to tell if this bag is real or not. The leather is way stiffer than the authentic one I saw in a store, the leather inside the bag is way more rigid the label inside is super tight where the label in an authentic bag is way softer. I asked the company to spend more time and proving to me that this bag is real which they didn't do.
I want to request the full balance on this order which is 40$ for their lack of experience.

This issue started with poshmark. I received an e-mail from them as well as a letter from Real Authentication claiming that the canada goose jacket I was trying to sell CANNOT be verified as authentic. yet I have gathered ALL the evidence, receipts, documentation I need to prove that my initial purchase IS legitimate and that the jacket I am trying to sell IS authentic. HOWEVER, WHAT IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE is that I called canada goose customer service THEMSELVES and they said 3rd parties can't really authenticate canada goose jackets and only canada goose themselves can do it. WHAT IS THE SECOND BIGGEST JOKE is how can they ISSUE a letter to poshmark saying the item is FAKE when canada goose in fact isn't even listed under the brands they authenticate in the first place on their trash website?!! because of them and poshmark, my sale got screwed and I DON'T EVEN HAVE THE JACKET BACK IN MY POSSESSION RIGHT NOW.

I normally don't take the time to write about a positive experience but today, a friend of mine and I were vintage shopping and we came upon a Chanel handbag. I’m by no means an authority on handbags but I remembered my mother having a Chanel handbag when I was a little girl. I bought the bag but my friend put doubt in my mind that it may not be real. I agree with Maya R. on this company. They are quicker to respond than others can (usually 24 hrs. or less, as Thomas H. has confirmed) and have been spot on in their accuracy. I even sent in a couple of test items just to see if I could trip them up, but they were up to the task. I also like it that they are taking a visible stand against counterfeit goods and really work hard at combating those elements of society.

I have referred RA to others and they have given me the same feedback, so they are A+ as far as I am concerned.

I had purchased a gift for my wife for Christmas. I know zero about bags let alone one that costs thousands. Long story short, I purchased a Chanel bag and had Real Authentication check it before I pulled the trigger to buy it. Their knowledge and explanations really gave me confidence to move forward. One bit of advice would to select the image I want to show on the certificate but they helped me out on their end. Great experience guys!

I've used this company multiple times and each time the process was easy and very fair in price. Although a couple of handbags I have purchased were fake, they have worked with me to get my money back both times and were helpful in pointing me in the direction of finding authentic handbags. Their webinars are helpful and a good resource about how to be a better and more knowledgeable buyer. I would definitely use and trust this company for future purchases and authentication needs.

As a small business boutique owner, we consign and sell designer handbags and clothing. Real Authentication came very highly recommended to me for their authentication services.
With so many super fake designer knockoffs, it was becoming very difficult to make certain my boutique was not selling fake items. Real Authentication has been a tremendous asset to my business. One of the worst and incompetent authentication service ever. They are not very knowledgable and spend most of the time in heavy email and facebook marketing. Its like every other day a new authenticating service comes up to cheat people and they're one of those.

Their video reviews are another joke as if you look into 2-3 free blogs, you'll gather all those info. They have just compiled those info in one video and charge high prices for those compilation.

My advice to them is instead of cheating people, they should spend more time in getting trained for the skills they're selling. If they can't then they should think of another business than authentication.
