Review: I met with [redacted] in early January after receiving a few of his email blasts and after receiving a phone call from him. He claims to have driven down from Sacramento and we actually met face to face to discuss building my agent website. He promised the project would take 2 weeks to complete. It has now been over 2 months.He repeatedly missed multiple deadlines, missed scheduled meetings, did not respond to phone calls, voice message, emails or text messages. Finally after not receiving a functional website, I asked for a refund. I have not heard from him since asking for a refund, even after email and phone call attempts.His website claims that his business is accredited by the Revdex.com and it indeed is not. After researching his site, I've found that the examples he's provided were not designed by him (at least the ones I sampled.In addition to all of this, there was a charge of $768 to my credit card from his company without any approval from me or communication from him. When I inquired about the charge, he said he would look into it, but never got back to me. My credit card company has graciously credited me back my funds as this appears to be a clear fraud.As is mentioned in the other complaint, his site has changed format since I first viewed it and agreed to work with him.To top things off, after not hearing from him for 2 weeks, he claimed to be "deathly under the weather" and claimed to have ended up in the hospital. I would like to believe him, but during the time period he was supposedly in the hospital, there were posts to his [redacted] business page asking for more business. One of the posts even featured the landing page for my supposed website that I had been inquiring about!!Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this guy and his business. It's created an unnecessary headache for me and has wasted countless hours and will continue to do so as this process of reporting the fraud continues.Desired Settlement: I would like my money fully refunded. I have received a temporary credit from my credit card company, but that is only upon review of the case with Real Clear Communications. I did not receive a functioning product and he consistently missed deadlines. I've submitted a full work stop but have not heard from him since.Please help ensure I receive my full credit of $1,409.

Review: I have a VERY bad experience with [redacted] and Real-clear Communications. I foolishly prepaid $1850.00 by check for branding and marketing work. After a week he had not delivered a postcard for open house and stood me up for the follow-up meeting without a call. He assured me that he would be able to get the work done and in his rush to catch up he forgot that he was not providing a logo. The work he did do was not what was promised and was very bad. I issued a stop work and demand for refund. He stopped answering my calls and to date has not responded to an any attempt at contaact. I have since investigated his website and the work he has put on his site was lifted from artists on [redacted] Two of the artists responded and stated they do not know him and have contacted him to remove their work from his site. Since that time his website went down and is now back up in a different format.It is my belief based on my experience that he deliberately set out to defraud me and he has done this to other agents who he has targeted. A similar experience by another agent is outlined on [redacted]. He targets agents through email bombing and then calling. His new website has a 100% satifsfaction guarantee plus they make claims they are members of the Revdex.com since 2001 and there is no record of this business being a member at least under this name.I have been approached by another agent who was successful in getting a refund because she had not written a check and her credit card refunded to money to her.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in Full for $1850.00 plus damages of $1500 for payment to my attorney, my bookkeeper, and losses incurred a a result of his fraud and failure to perform.

Review: This company offers marketing and website services to small businesses and real estate professionals. [redacted]'s site states that he is A+ Revdex.com certified and offers a 100% money back guarantee. He is awesome to start and then after receiving payment, he disappears. After working with him for three months on my website, with many lapses in his communication, he finally set my website live. It doesn't function as he said it would and now he is unresponsive. I've asked for a refund if he cannot fix it or doesn't have the time for my project and he hasn't responded.After commenting on an ad he posted on [redacted], I responded and another of his past burned clients reached out to me warning me that the same thing happened to him. He was able to dispute the credit card charge and get his money back.He is falsely using the Revdex.com logo and other accreditations his site.Desired Settlement: I paid $1,250 for the build of the site with the promise of 100% satisfaction. The site's MLS Search integration (a key component of a Real Estate site) doesn't work. There is a laundry list of other things he said he'd complete before setting the site live that were not. I've waited over three months for the site that originally was supposed to be live in the middle of January. I would like a full refund and any assistance I can get to make sure this guy doesn't do this to anyone else.
