The guarantee was a 700 credit score in 30 days. That did not happen. I sent numerous text messages to [redacted] Sylvia, talked to [redacted], and made a bunch calls. [redacted] knew there was a issue and should have corrected it long before now. He requested a another address on 6/4/2015 and I provided him with one on 6/8/2015. This was all done via text. I even have text with him promising that I would have a 700 credit score around 6/8/2015 and we should be able to check credit karma. I told him we would have use the 3 credit bureaus. I also have text messages of [redacted] promising a refund if I did not have a 700 credit score by the 28th of June in my name. I am requesting a full refund and for [redacted] to stand by his word that if I did not have a 700 credit score in 30 days he would refund my money. I am standing by that. None of this was not my fault nor should I have to pay for error.
