December 22,2015To Whom It May Concern;
This letter is to inform that Real Deal Auto Sales thinks [redacted] is mislead. His check that he personally made out to Penn Dot for the taxes of his vehicle was part of his down payment for the vehicle. [redacted] then stopped payment on this check which resulted in his registration being suspended. Real Deal is not responsible for the payment of his taxes. [redacted] knew that the check was going to be deposited and he personally wrote the check out clearly knowing the reason for the check. His registration is being suspended as a result of the non-payment from him stopping this check. Real Deal played no part in that. As stated in his complaint to the Attorney General [redacted] said he couldn't afford the taxes which is a clear indication as of why he stopped payment on it. We don't know anything about where his money was coming from as he stated it being borrowed from his VA insurance. All of our customers are given clear explanations of all contracts before signing. All dealings including his tax check were explained to [redacted] prior to us receiving his check and signature on his paperwork.
We apologize if he feels that there was a misunderstanding in communication of this vehicle. Enclosed is proof of the check and his statement to the Attorney General that was written and hope that this will be suffice and this matter can come to a close.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:
