Review: On April [redacted] I went into the store to inquire about financing bedroom furniture. The representative took my personal information ; my ID ,social security number and billing information had me do a credit application online and told me I was approved for 2500 dollars through progressive finance . He told me to contact the store when I was ready for my furniture to be delivered . I went back to the store about a week later and politely informed them that I would no longer need to finance the bedroom furniture as my spouse had gone ahead and bought furniture . At the end of April I received a bill from progressive finance for the furniture from Real Deal. I contacted progressive finance and informed them that I did not receive any furniture . The progressive agent told me that Real Deal sent them an invoice stating that the furniture had been delivered to me on April [redacted]. I told them that this was not true . Progressive told me that I would need to get a credit invoice from Real Deal in order for them to stop billing me and close my account. I contacted Real Deal and was told I needed to speak to a [redacted] . I tried for an entire month both on the phone and in person to reach the [redacted] and kept getting the run around. The reps refused to help me and tried to bully me .One representative told me that once I applied for financing I had to pay for the goods whether they were received or not . This is unethical and ludicrous . Additionally it is fraudulent for them to report that they Delivered goods to me when they never did . I continued to be billed for 2500 dollars plus interest by the financing company because Real Deal refuses to send the invoice. I had to contact my bank and put stop payments to avoid further charges. I also had to contact my bank and to reverse a delivery charge of 130 dollars from Real Deal Furniture. This is theft and I am tired of being bullied by this shady company . I need some assistance with getting this matter resolved as I have been trying relentlessly for several months .Desired Settlement: I would like Real Deal to send the credit invoice to progressive finance in order for them to close my account and stop billing me for the furniture that was never provided.

I went into the furniture store in used my debit card to buy

They was to deliver it the next day 2/**. I have been calling ever

since 2 week later. they keep saying tommrow. need my money back.Desired Settlement: I call them today 2/**/2014 they said thurday.

I need my stuff or my money back.

Review: I have purchase a bed and a dresser from real deal furniture sale person name [redacted]. I receive the bed and not the dresser and my bill is still the same I call [redacted] multiple times and he said he not going to take the dresser off my bill. My current bill is 90 every two week and I don't think it's right for me to pay 90 if I don't have the dresserDesired Settlement: I would like for the dresser to be remove off my account

Review: I purchased a mattress and box spring from real deal furniture it was suppose to be 90 day same as cash, and now they are telling me that they will be taking payments out of my account before the ninety days. I have been trying to call the store and everyone refuse to help me. The price is even not correct.Desired Settlement: I would like for them not to take the payments out of my account,and I would like for them to adjust the price. and the company progressive who is financing the bed is not corporating with me and they are saying that they don't have a business license number.
