If I could give them zero stars I would. I’m actually editing this review because my last review was forced by them in order to give me my new car with a full tank of gas! Jack and Carmine pretend like they care about you but they really don’t. If it doesn’t benefit them, they don’t care. I bought a car from this place on January 14th 2022. One day later the Cruze control wasn’t working and a power drivetrain warning came up on the dash. Jack agreed to give me my money back. But I didn’t want my money back because the car I bought was rare. I wanted the car fixed being I took it off the lot and not even 24 hours pass and there’s warning signs on my dash. He agreed to go through warranty and take care of it. I brought the car back on January 18th 20222z Idid not hear from Jack for two weeks! I had to call for updates. They never once reached out to me first. He told me a bunch of excuses and lies. Stated that they couldn’t find the issue and the adjuster for my warranty already went out twice that they were basically giving up. I demanded the mechanics direct phone number. I spoke to him and he stated that he didn’t get the car until 2 weeks after I already dropped it off and the adjuster never went out once! So jack lied straight to me! Trying to make me feel better with lies. That’s not professional at all. A month later and my car was never fixed. All they wanted to do was give me my money back because it was easier then helping me fix the issue. I told them I’ll pick up my car and fix it myself. IF YOU WANT TO BE AS GOOD AS A BUSINESS AS YOU THINK YOU ARE HIRE A BETTER MECHANIC! Why put your cars in a shop that’s 30 mins away from your lot! I went to there shop and it is disgusting! Let alone when I got there my car was right in the street unlocked and under bottles of glass! They never gave af about my car that’s why I got it returned to me with a giant scratch in the front of my car and my rim is also all scratched. IT WAS NOT LIKE THAT WHEN I BOUGHT IT. Jack and Carmine will lie to you about anything just to get a quick sale from you. They also gave me my car with bad wipers and told me they would put new ones on (another lie) Not to mention all the extra fees they charge on top of there car price. Jack should’ve apologized to me for the lies and helped me to get this solved and fixed to make me happy and he ultimately failed. So I will go out on my way to make sure I don’t recommend anyone to this business and actually warn all of you to STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I AM WARNING YOU. Look at the pictures attached. Look at there mechanics shop! This is the place jack brings his cars to get checked. Pays his mechanic $250 for them to look at the car an grantee it’s fine. NOT VALID. DO BETTER. I look forward to getting you guys shut down. You messed with the wrong people.

I recently bought a used BMW from Real Deal Motors and dealt with Mitch, the owner. I found him to be honest and straight forward. This was the simplest, most enjoyable experience I've ever had buying a car, and I would recommend this business to my family and friends.
