On the day that I cam to you place of business, I was not made aware of any signs that stated no refundsYou might have them up now, but not when I came inAlso, the day I purchased all of my items, *** never plugged up the lamp at allI told her that I liked it and I would come back to get it on a later day if it was still availableOn March 28th, I spoke with *** about delivering the lamp and the extra box that was left out in my orgl shipment, I advised her that I could not stick around any longer and wait for them because it was my only day to handle other businessI advised her to leave the lamp and box on the front porchShe never came into my house to plug up anythingI also have it in a message were she stated that you all had just dropped it offIf she came into my house on that day why did she have to leave me a message stating that she dropped it off?? I was with my business partner getting supplies when it was dropped off and I already have a written statement from him confirming that I was not home at the time of the deliveryWhen I signed my signature it was auth the payment, not agreeing to the no refund policy
There is and was signs posted in the front office that say no refund and/or exchangesI walked through the warehouse with you and told you we got liquidated items from different companiesNone of the items you purchased were usedThe dresser came in a sealed box, it was an overstock itemThe lamp we turned on for you before you purchased it and frances stated that she also turned it on for you at your residence when she delivered it to youThe vacuum you purchased was used and I was not aware and that is why I gladly exchanged it for youwithout any problemsI do sell scratch and dent items but none of the items you purchased were thatThey were new overstocked itemsThe square receipt that was sent to you clearly states that there is no refundsI may have not written it on the written receipt because of all the signs hung in our office stating no refunds and/or exchangesThis dispute has already been resolved through the bankThere is nothing else that I can do for you at this time
