Will not return my phone calls or messages after receiving over $3000.00 in fees from me. Will not communicate.
I was asked to submit $1850.00 for filing fees to sell my timeshare on December 10, 2019, which I submitted. On December 30, 2019, I was asked to submit an additional $1690.00 for a Tax Payment, which I submitted. I have been unable to reach them either by phone or email.
My initial contact on the transaction was Kristin M a Sales Consultant at

I would like some verbal and written communication from the company and a refund of all monies submitted to them or monies from the sale of the timeshare as per our agreement.
This company contacted me in Nov. 2019 about selling my timeshare, saying they had a buyer and that upon completion of the sale I would receive $15,100. I was sent a contract which seemed to validly assure the arrangement, which I signed and returned. During the process I was asked to send them 2 cashiers checks, for doing the necessary title work, etc., one in the amount of $1850 sent 11/21 and the other for $1510 on 12/23to cover the documentary stamp tax, which they said was 10% of the sale price. I was told that a week or 2 after receipt of the $1510 they would contact me with a list of 3 title companies in my locale who I could contact to finalize the sale. When I heard nothing from them I contacted one of the company representatives on 1/21, inquiring about the situation. She told me that another representative had emailed me on 1/13 with the list of title companies. I found no email and she said she would have him send it again. I never received it. Since then I have called both representatives countless times and they don't answer their phones and don't respond to voicemails or emails. When I call the company phone ( 407 ) 951-9772 or email their company's customer service I get absolutely no response. I believe I have been scammed and hope that the Revdex.com can do something about it.

Other (requires explanation) I would like the company to follow through on what they are contractually obligated to do, namely to contact me by phone or email with the names of title companies, and then after I complete my business with the chosen title company to see that I am promptly paid $16,950 ($1850 initial refundable fee, plus 15,100 for sale of timeshare) as stated in the contract.
The company Real Destinations and Vacations are scammers. They get you to sign contract send money
and then they can no longer be contacted'

Refund Would like to receive monies sent to them in good faith as to sale of Westgate Resorts in Gatlinburg Tn.Chris Williams and Jennifer Scott need to be required to refund my money.It was not deposited in RDV Group escrow account but in Gateway Commons which is a community.
I have reported them to a*** and O. They have stolen over $3,000 from me and are now ghosting me. Do not do business with this company!!!
