9/18/Fax — [redacted] ID [redacted] Verbal notification was given to ID [redacted] by the company, that the management agreement would end in days as stipulated in the contractThe rents were collected and all bills were paid and the net income was deposited in the designated bank by August 31, The agreement states that after rents are collected all bills are paid and the net income is deposited in the designated owner's bank accountThis was done.It should be noted that ID [redacted] did not give written OR verbal notification to the office - as per the management agreement — that the owner wished to sell the propertyThis is a direct breech of the contract
Horrible customer serviceLikes to take advantage of college students Refused to meet and check out and then kept part of deposit to clean carpets Left apartment cleaner than when my daughter moved inCarpets did not need cleaned Office personnel totally rudeWould not have owner call me as requested Holds deposits for over days, which is against State Statute of within days deposit should be refundedCollege students beware - I would rent from someone other than this company if possibleOr be sure to have them check you in and out of apartment I think they avoid that in order to keep your deposit
