hair.This day turned out to be a very busy day and due to the extra time it took in processing [redacted]r's hair Claire was starting to run behind on other appointments so Claire ask m cut [redacted]s hair while she worked on another customer. All the color processing had completed. During the time I cut her hair I ask if she liked the color and she answered yes.At the time of checking [redacted] out both Claire and I ask [redacted] if she liked her hair and she again said yes, paid for her service and gave a ten dollar tip to Claire.I did not hear from [redacted] until the afternoon on Wednesday Aug 17, 2016. At that time [redacted] told me she was not happy with her hair color. I told [redacted] that Claire had left for the day and I was sure Claire would make it right and she needed to call Claire the following day to schedule an appointment. The following day [redacted] called and made an appointment with Claire and made the appointment for Aug 26.The next day, Aug 19, I received a call from [redacted]. She told me she was unhappy that she had to wait so long to get her hair fixed and she wanted her money back. The reason jt.wastaking so long was because Claire was scheduled for surgery on Aug, 19 and would not be back to work until the following week. Claire had offered to see [redacted] on the 25th but [redacted] could not come in on that day. [redacted] told me she did not care about Clarie's surgery and wanted her money back. I told her I was booked full until the next or I would take care of it but she told me she wanted her money back. At this point in time I had a customer I was working on and told [redacted] I could not talk at this time. [redacted] started to become angry and her words became heated, I again told her I could not talk at this time because I had to rinse off the bleach I had on another customer. She would not stop yelling at me telling me she wanted her money back and was going to stop payment on her credit card so I hung up the phone.I have been doing hair for over 45 years and have owned my own shop for the last 15 years. It has always been my policy to correct any problems I or my hair stylish have. The problem here is that [redacted] liked her hair on Aug, 12 but called back on Aug 17, five days later saying she did not like the cut or color. I do not know what she did to her hair in that amount of time. I don't know what kind of shampoo, or treatments she did to her hair or if she even worked on it herself, which was the case before Claire worked on her hair. Regardless of that I and Claire are both willing to work on her again at no cost to [redacted] but we are not going to refund her money.Regards, Bec C[redacted]
