Bad experience, can't recommend "Real Estate Austin Appraisals", owned and operated by Robert *** S*** (a.k.aRob S***)
I initially received an unrequested Market Analysis from business owner Rob S***, when I actually requested a home appraisalHis Market Analysis was unprofessional, flippant, sloppy and not incorrectMarket Analysis incorrectly revealed the market value for my home, and he refused to do the appraisal for my home based on his analysisSince the communication itself from Rob S*** was very unprofessional, I then tried to verify Rob S***'s Texas residential appraiser license through the Texas Appraiser and Licensing Certification Board (TALCB) and was informed by that Texas state agency that he had his license revoked in for sinister misconduct and fraudThe state agency concluded that his recent Market Analysis of my home was completed illegally, fraudulentlyI then left negative reviews on two popular review-based websites where Rob S*** was advertising his small businessIn response to my negative reviews, Rob S*** came after me, literally, by coming to my home unannounced and uninvited, where I immediately shut the door on him after answering my doorRob S*** proceeded to shout vulgar obscenities to my closed door, which created a disturbance for myself, family members, and neighborsCriminal charges were filed against him that night with the Williamson County Sherrif's Department, for "creating a disturbance", harassment", and "making terrorist threats", after the sherrif's depttook statements from neighbors, my family members, and myselfRob S*** has continued to harass me through email, in response to tehse same online reviews, complaining of "defamation of character" and threatening me with civil lawsuitsIn addition, Rob S*** placed an advertisement on Yelp.com, which explained that he would pay $to anyone who could "take me out" This additional criminal act has been forwarded to the sherrif's departmentDue to all of these issues, I strongly recommend that you don't do business with this companyI received a Market Analysis in response to a home appraisal requestThe analysis I received from Rob S*** was flippant, sloppy and not detailedThe owner Rob S*** had a bad attitudeI checked his license status and found out that he had his license revoked in State Authorities have been informedI submitted an online review through various review websites where Rob S*** advertisedI left negative reviews The owner Rob S*** had a bad attitudeI checked his license status and found out that he had his license revoked in State Authorities have been informed
