During escrow of a house I recently sold, the buyer was having difficulties securing a loan After two escrow extensions we served a day notice to preform or quit At that time they offered to pay $per day per diem to keep escrow open so the buyer could secure his loanEveryone was notified by email and a fully executed addendum stating this agreement The addendum was signed July 23, and escrow closed August 15, - a total of days This totaled charges of $which has not been paid My Real Estate Broker has sent numerous correspondence to no availAddendums, emails available on request

I would like to talk to someone about dissolving a buyer’s agreement that I have with one of your e- Broker agent who is the listing agent I have requested on multiple occasions for the agent to provide an unconditional release, remove my listing from MLS/Market I have addressed my concerns with the agent and why I believe her work did not meet the buyer’s needs (me) The agent agreed to the unconditional terms of removing me at first if I allowed her to do the price reduction However, after the price reduction, the agent restated that I now have to pay her to get out of the agreement (like blackmail) At first, I thought we could end our agreement harmoniously but this is not going to work The agent is being spiteful A characteristic that I did not believed, she possessed Her behavior is now imposing health concerns and preventing me from leaving this agreement peacefully I also, fear the agent will retaliate by talking to other agents and tell them not to work with me

We recently found a rental home and were shown the home by one of these brokers. We put in our applications with a credit report. Then the broker informed us that the owners wanted to run the credit. My husband paid $80 for her to run the credit report and then she said the owner chose another applicant. The same day she informed us of the decision (which was not based on our very good credit) the same home was reposted for rent on craigslist at a different rent amount minus the pictures. A different phone number was listed which then forwarded us back to the original broker. She went through a lot of trouble to take $80 from a family of nurse and teacher with small kids at Christmas time. BUYER BEWARE!!! FRAUDulent Brokers employed here!!!!
