We hired an agent that used reebroker as a brokerage. During a signed purchase, the agent refused to consult with me and proceeded to negotiate a new deal even though the AS IS purchase agreement is signed by both parties. The new deal involved me losing $23k from my pocket so they do not pay a solar utility bill each month. They made a lower offer and added a seller to repair clause. I contacted reebroker to mediate. They refused to even receive my phone call. The bottom line is reebroker refused to replace the fired agent and I am stuck with a broken deal. This deal cost over a million dollars so seller beware.
